Cancellation Policy

Hourly sessions: Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours in advance.

Lockouts: Cancellations accepted up to 7 days in advance.

After these periods, bookings are non-refundable, though they may be rescheduled.

Please note: We are a self-service studio. Basic technical knowledge is required to operate the equipment.
